RNLI lifeguards are scheduled from 10:00 to 18:00 on 3–19 April, 25–26 April, daily from 2 May–27 September, weekends from 3–18 October, and 24 October–1 November in 2026. Dates can change, and no flags means no lifeguards. Dog restrictions apply in certain areas, so check the signs on arrival.
